Refund policy

At SmartEStore, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Product is significantly different from the description
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • Not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Software licenses or digital products
  • Opened consumable products
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items marked as non-returnable on product page

3. Replacement Policy

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Replacement may be offered subject to stock availability
  • Supporting images/videos may be requested for verification

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch and will follow return eligibility rules.


6. Return Shipping

  • If return is approved due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may not be refundable.

7. Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may be subject to reshipping charges.
